Preparation and planning

the first step of consultation is the preparation in advance of information relevant to the subject of consultation, namely, the identification of the subject matter and the objectives, reasons for it, target groups, the time frame "start and end date of the consultation, publication date of the results". In addition, the agency shall determine the communications media and any documents relevant to the subject of the consultation.

Participation

the agency publishes the consultation with the public and stakeholders over electronic channels "e-participation" by allowing them to provide their comments and recommendations on the draft. In addition, launching a campaign through electronic channels to raise awareness and promote the subject of consultation with representatives of the Department to respond to queries and comments received through the platform and electronic channels.

Analysis

This phase consists of processing the comments and recommendations received by the stakeholders on the subject of consultation using a defined methodology for analysing the consultation input and examining the expected impact of the final decision on the outcome of the consultation process.

Publication of the results

to ensure transparency and confidence in government performance, the results of the consultation process are announced by publishing an analytical report, including a comprehensive assessment of the consultation, with an indication and explanation of the reasons for the decision adopted and explanations of the reasons for not taking all views.
