Objectives

Reasons for the draft law for international cooperation in criminal matters To create national legislation containing provisions to regulate and facilitate international cooperation in criminal matters requests for judicial assistance in criminal matters, and requests for the extradition of persons and requests for the transfer of convicted persons, This is the basis and national legal reference for law enforcement agencies in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and is guided by this legislation when concluding international conventions and acceding to multilateral conventions relating to the above-mentioned matters of cooperation.
