The privacy policy and procedures of Tawasal platform is governed by all laws applicable in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, including the Personal Data Protection law No. (24) Of 2023.
The Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship takes all necessary measures and procedures to protect users’ personal data from leakage, misuse or unauthorized access and prevent any unauthorized access.
Tawasal platform is a government platform under responsibility of Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship. The user’s data are maintained, processed, transmitted and shared with the public authorities to the extent required to carry out the tasks assigned to them by law.
The Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship has the right to process the data collected on users when registering on the platform, create the user file, fill out the forms on the platform or communicate with us via phone, e-mail or other means of communication.
The platform may contains effective links to other websites, whether governmental or non-governmental, so we advise users to review the privacy policy of these websites, since we are not responsible for the contents of these websites.
The Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship has the right to amend these privacy policy terms or to add new ones to them for any reason, so the user must periodically review these terms.
